I did this last month. You gotta contact support@gaijin.net and be ready to provide proof of ownership. It took about a week for me.
You need to email support@gaijin.net and ask them to delete your account. Make sure to include your account details.
Honestly, you can't really delete it. Just stop playing and move on.
Had to go through their support team to delete mine. They asked for a bunch of info, so keep your data handy. Good luck!
