How to Delete War Thunder Launcher
Just go to your Control Panel on Windows, find 'Programs and Features', locate War Thunder, and click uninstall! Tada, it's gone.

On macOS, drag the War Thunder application from the Applications folder to the Trash. Then, empty the Trash. Boom, done!
You can also navigate to the War Thunder installation folder and run the uninstaller.exe file. Quick and easy.
I did it last week on my PC. Just removed it through the Control Panel. Took only a couple of minutes.
Why delete it? It's an awesome game. But if you must, uninstall it from your system settings.
