Unfortunately, there's no permanent delete option for chats. Best you can do is to hide them by swiping left and selecting 'Delete'. Cheers!
There's no actual 'delete' for chats鈥攋ust swipe to hide 'em. It's like putting them in a closet and pretending they don't exist!
Hot take: If you couldn't say it, don't type it. Chats can't really be deleted, just hidden.
