Simply delete it by long-pressing the app icon and dragging it to the 'Uninstall' option.

For Android, head to Settings > Apps > Wordscapes > Uninstall. Poof, it's like magic.

I've done this a couple of times: On iPhone, hold the icon until it jiggles, then hit the 'x'! On Android, go to Settings > Apps > Wordscapes > Uninstall. Easy peasy!
