To delete Xbox 360 cloud saves on Xbox One, just go to 'Settings' > 'System' > 'Storage' > 'Cloud Saved Games,' and select the save you wanna delete. Easy peasy!

When you're on Xbox One, head to 'My Games & Apps' > 'Manage game' > 'Saved Data.' Choose the Xbox 360 save you want to delete and confirm. Done!
