To delete your plot in Lumber Tycoon 2, load your game as usual, then go to the Options menu and select 'Reset' to clear your plot. Mind you, this action is irreversible so make sure you really want to start fresh!
Why delete your plot? Just make a new slot! Go to the Load menu, pick an empty slot, and build fresh without losing everything.
