I've done this so many times! Just tap the construction icon at the bottom, then select demolish. It's as simple as that!

To demolish a house in The Sims FreePlay, go to the home you want to demolish, tap on the 'Construction' icon, then select the 'Demolish' button. Confirm, and poof, it's gone!
