Just slap a cool design together, 128x128 pixels, PNG format. Upload and you're done!
Personal tip: I found success by sticking to high contrast colors and simple shapes. It really pops on your Warframe and in the Clan Dojo.
First off, make sure your emblem is 128x128 pixels and in PNG format. Then, try to keep it simple but unique so it stands out when displayed in-game. Upload it via the Clan Dojo menu and wait for DE's approval. Happy designing!
