Easy peasy! Go to the Avenger's main screen, click on 'Engineering,' then select 'Facilities.' From there, choose the facility you want to destroy and hit 'Decommission.' Boom, gone!

Just go to the Facilities screen from the Avenger's main menu, select the facility you want to demolish, and hit the 'Decommission' button. Simple as that!

From personal experience, head to Engineering, then Facilities. Click on the one you wanna scrap and confirm decommissioning. Easy as pie.

Honestly, you just need to go into the Facilities tab in Engineering and choose 'Decommission' on the facility you wanna get rid of.
