Honestly, just bring a shotgun and some firecrackers. It sounds crazy, but it鈥檚 a great strategy to keep the zombies distracted while you unload.
Get yourself some C4 or fuel bombs, hit and run! Aim for the heart, and keep moving to avoid the swarms of zombies it summons.
Pro tip: Use a vehicle to plow through the zombies first, then hop out and hit that plague heart with everything you've got!
