Determining the centering of your Pokemon cards is pretty straightforward! Just look at the borders around the card image—the top vs bottom and left vs right. Ideally, they should be even. If you're getting serious about it, some folks use a ruler or even specific card centering tools you can find online to measure the borders for precise ratios. Trust me, in the world of card grading, those millimeters matter!

Just eyeball it, honestly. If the borders look even to you, you're probably good. Unless you're trying to get your cards professionally graded, then maybe get a bit more technical with measurements.

Centering? Just place it next to a perfectly centered card and hope for the best. Or not, because at the end of the day, it's about the love of the game and the joy those cards bring you, not just their potential grade.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
