Had the same issue! Adjust your PS5's HDR brightness or turn on a blue light filter on your TV or monitor. Easy fix.

You might want to check your TV settings first. Sometimes it's easier to adjust the brightness directly on the TV.

Go to Settings > Sound and Screen > Video Output Settings. From there, adjust the HDR and resolution to dim the screen.
