To disable and board ships in Starfield, you'll need to first weaken their shields with your weapons. Once their shields are down, target their engines to disable the ship. Then, you can board the disabled ship and take control!

Take out the enemy ship's shields and engines. Then, get close and press the board button when prompted. It's that simple!
