You can disable DX12 in The Division 2 by going to the in-game settings. Navigate to the 'Graphics' section and find the option to switch from DX12 to DX11. Save your changes and restart the game. Boom, you're done!

Simply head to the settings menu within the game, go to the graphics tab, and switch from DX12 to DX11. Easy-peasy!
