Super easy! Go to Facebook settings, find 'Videos' and switch off the 'Auto-Play Videos' option. Done and done!
If you're on a computer, click the down arrow in the top right, select Settings & Privacy > Settings > Videos, and turn off autoplay there.
Hot take: Who needs autoplay anyway? Just turn it off in the video settings and enjoy the peace!
