In the Facebook app, just navigate to your settings, tap Notifications, tap Email, and turn off the notifications that annoy you.
Go to Facebook settings, hit Notifications, select Email, then just uncheck the boxes for the emails you don't want.
Done this myself! Head to Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy, then Settings, click Notifications, find Email, and switch off the unwanted notifications. Worked like a charm!
