Go to Settings > Screen Time > App Limits. Add a limit for Facebook. It's kind of like a digital time-out chair!

Just press and hold the Facebook app until it wiggles, then tap the little 'X' to delete it. Bye-bye, social media!

If you want it out of sight but not deleted, you can go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Facebook, then tap 'Offload App'.

You can also restrict it in Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Allowed Apps. Just toggle Facebook off.

Super quick method: Delete the app! Just long-press on Facebook and select 'Remove App'. Done.
