To disable game sharing on your PS5, go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Console Sharing and Offline Play, then select Disable. Simple as that!

I had to do this recently. Just go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Console Sharing and Offline Play, then select Disable. Works like a charm!
