You can temporarily disable your Instagram account by going to the web version, logging in, hitting 'Edit Profile' and selecting 'Temporarily disable my account' at the bottom. Perfect for a social media detox!
I once needed a digi-detox and disabled my Instagram. Just log in on a computer, click profile pic, edit profile, and then 'Temporarily disable my account'—worked like a charm!
