Can't fully disable it, but you can try blocking or unfollowing people to reduce those pesky suggestions popping up all the time.
Unfortunately, Facebook doesn't have a direct option to disable 'People You May Know', but you can limit its visibility. Go to your settings and adjust your notifications and ad preferences to reduce these suggestions.
It鈥檚 impossible to completely turn off 'People You May Know' on Facebook. Just ignore it and move on!
