Disabling shadows in Apex Legends can really boost your FPS and make enemies easier to spot! Just head to the video settings in the game menu. Look for the 'Effects Detail' and 'Impact Marks' settings and turn them down or off. While you can't remove all shadows without tweaking game files (which I don't recommend cuz it might get you in trouble with the game's terms of service), this should significantly reduce them!

You can't fully turn off shadows in Apex without messing with game files, which might get your account banned. Just lower your graphic settings, and it'll help a bit.

Actually, messing with game files to disable shadows completely is a risky move and could get you banned. Play fair, you know? Lowering graphic settings is the way to go.

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
