As someone who’s been there, adjusting to the lowest graphics preset does the trick. Makes the game run smoother too!

The game doesn’t provide an option to completely turn off shadows. Tweaking your device's graphics settings might give you some relief.

You can't directly disable shadows in PUBG Mobile, but lowering the graphics settings to 'Smooth' or 'Balanced' should help reduce them significantly.
