Hey there! To disable Steam Big Picture controller overlay in Warframe, just go to Steam settings > Controller > General Controller Settings and uncheck the 'Guide Button Focuses Steam' option. This should stop the overlay from popping up!

I had the same issue! Just disable the Steam Overlay for Warframe by going to Library > Warframe > Properties > General > Uncheck 'Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game.' Worked perfectly!
