How to disable Steam overlay for one game
PassingDada路7 months agoEasy peasy! Right-click the game in your Steam library and select 'Properties'. Then, just untick the 'Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game' checkbox under the 'General' tab. Boom, done! No more overlay for that game.

Just a heads-up, not all games play nice when you disable the overlay. Some multiplayer ones might act up, so if you notice something's off, might wanna switch it back on.
Honestly? Just leave it on. The overlay's super useful for screenshots and chatting without alt-tabbing. Why bother turning it off for one game?
