If you really want no more friend requests, just delete your Facebook account! Kidding... kinda.
You can't completely turn off friend requests on Facebook, but you can adjust your settings to only allow requests from 'Friends of Friends' instead of 'Everyone.' Just head to your settings, click on 'Privacy,' and make the change there!
