Go to the in-game Options menu, find the 'Chat' tab, and uncheck the box labeled 'Profanity Filter'. Done and dusted!

As someone who's been blasting through War Thunder for years, all you need to do is hit the Options menu, click on 'Chat', and you'll see the checkbox for 'Profanity Filter'. Uncheck that, and you're good to go!
