Disarming traps? I just run through them with Power Armor. Who needs stealth when you have armor?

Easy peasy, vault dweller! To disarm traps in Fallout 76, just creep up to them and press the 'disarm' button when you get the prompt. It’s usually the ‘E’ key on PC, ‘X’ on Xbox, and ‘Square’ on PS4. Just make sure you're sneaky about it, or you might end up getting a face full of trap!

Just shoot them from a distance. Why bother sneaking up when you can just blast them away from the safety of hiding?

Pro tip: Always keep an eye out for telltale signs of traps like tripwires and pressure plates. You can avoid the hassle of disarming if you don't trigger them in the first place. Light step, my friends!

If you're a Fallout 76 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
