Honestly, just Google it.
Click on the lord, then find the disband button in the bottom left of the screen. It's right there next to the recruit button. Bye-bye, lord!
I've been there! To disband a lord, select them, then hit the small trash can icon at the bottom. It's like taking out the trash鈥攂ut with more epic consequences!
Open the lord's army panel, look for the disband option in the UI, click it, and confirm. Adios, and make room for someone new!
