How to Disconnect All Instagram and Facebook Accounts

To unlink your Instagram and Facebook accounts, go to Instagram, navigate to 'Settings,' select 'Account,' then 'Linked Accounts,' and unselect Facebook. On Facebook, go to 'Settings & Privacy,' 'Settings,' 'Apps and Websites,' find Instagram and remove it. Voila!
Been there, done that! Just head over to your Instagram app, click on Settings, then Accounts Center, and disconnect Facebook. For Facebook, you can remove Instagram from the Apps and Websites section in your account settings.
