You have no control over the specific players in your game, but switching to a different region might help you avoid certain player populations.
From my own experience, switching servers helps a lot! Go to Settings > Basic > Select another server under ‘Server’ dropdown.
Honestly, just embrace the global player base and try to enjoy the diverse competition!
