How to disconnect Facebook from Instagram on iPhone
Open Instagram on your iPhone, tap the three lines in the top right of your profile, go to Settings > Account > Sharing to Other Apps > Facebook, and then tap Unlink. Voila!

Settings > Account > Linked Accounts > Unlink Facebook. Easy as pie.
Easy peasy! Go to your Instagram profile, tap the three lines at the top right, then Settings. Select Account, then Linked Accounts, and unlink Facebook. Done!
Just pop into Instagram settings, hit Account, then Linked Accounts, and uncheck Facebook. Boom, unlinked!
From my experience, just go to Instagram settings, find Linked Accounts under the Account section, and unlink Facebook. Takes like 30 seconds!
