Head over to your profile on Instagram, hit the menu icon, and dive into Settings. Find 'Accounts Center,' select your Facebook account, and click 'Remove.' Boom, you're all set!
Go to your Instagram settings -> Accounts Center -> Accounts & profiles -> Select your FB account -> Remove! That should do it.
Unlinking FB from IG: Profile > Menu > Settings > Accounts Center > Facebook > Remove. Simple as that!
