Just went through this myself! Open Instagram, head to your profile, hit the three lines at the top right, go to 'Settings' > 'Account' > 'Linked Accounts,' then tap 'Facebook' and choose 'Unlink Account.' You're free!
Been there, done that! Just head to Instagram's Settings, find Linked Accounts under the Account tab, and click 'Unlink' next to Facebook. Voil脿, you're free!
