Open your phone's Bluetooth settings, find 'Wireless Controller', tap it and select 'Forget'. That should do the trick!

Just turn off the Bluetooth on your phone. Simple and effective!

Hold the 'PS' button on the controller for 10 seconds until it turns off. Easy peasy!

Try resetting the controller by pressing the small reset button on the back near the L2 shoulder button. It works wonders.
