Easy peasy! Just hold the PlayStation button on the PS4 controller down until the light bar turns off. That'll disconnect it from whatever it's paired with!

You can also use a paperclip to press the reset button on the back of the controller for a quick disconnect!

Just hold the PS button for 10 seconds to turn it off. Works for me every time.

Quick tip: Go to your Bluetooth settings on the device it's connected to and select 'Forget This Device.'
