Settings > Account > Linked Accounts > Facebook > Unlink Account. Done.
Super easy! Just go to your Instagram profile, tap the menu (three lines) in the top right, select Settings, then tap on Account, and finally Linked Accounts. From there, you can disconnect Facebook!

Jump into Instagram, hit those three stripes in the top right, navigate to Settings > Account > Linked Accounts > Facebook, and click 'Unlink.' Boom, you're free!
