Just head to your Instagram settings, tap on 'Account,' then 'Sharing to Other Apps,' and select Facebook. Click 'Unlink Account' and you're done!
Simple! Open Instagram, go to your profile, tap the three lines in the top right, then Settings > Account > Sharing to Other Apps, and click on Facebook. From there, you can disconnect!
I've done this before: Go to Instagram profile > Settings > Account > Sharing to Other Apps > Facebook. Tap 'Unlink Account.' You're free now!
You honestly just need to go to 'Settings' then 'Account', hit 'Sharing to Other Apps', and unlink Facebook. No rocket science!
