Just did this last week! Go to Instagram settings, find Linked Accounts under Account, and simply unlink Facebook. Super quick!
Easy-peasy! Just go to your Instagram profile, tap the three lines at the top right, then Settings > Account > Linked Accounts, and unlink Facebook. Boom, done!
Open Instagram, click on your profile, then click the hamburger menu, go to Settings > Account > Linked Accounts, and remove Facebook. Good luck!
