Dismantling buildings in Palworld is pretty straightforward. Just interact with the structure you want to take down, and you should see an option to dismantle. Make sure you've removed all items inside first, or you might lose them!

Actually, you can't dismantle buildings directly. You need to use the demolition tool from your inventory. Equip it, then aim at the part of the building you want to remove. It's a bit more effort but gets the job done.

Be careful with dismantling in Palworld. Always double-check what you're about to dismantle. Lost a whole storage of items because I rushed it. Also, some structures give back fewer materials than what you initially used, so plan accordingly.
