Oh, saying goodbye to your trusty sidekick in Fallout 4? Easy peasy! Just walk up to your companion, strike up a conversation, and one of the dialogue options will be to part ways. You'll then get to choose where to send them off to, assuming you've unlocked settlements. Just be sure to grab all their gear first unless you want to donate it to the 'Wandering Companion's Lost & Found'.

Pro tip: If you're having trouble dismissing a glitchy companion, try moving to a different location or saving and reloading your game. Sometimes the game gets a bit finicky, especially with mods.

Actually, I always keep Dogmeat. Why dismiss the best companion in the game? #DogmeatForLife

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
