Splatoon 2 supports local multiplayer with some creative workarounds, but unfortunately, there's no direct split-screen mode. You can team up by using two Nintendo Switch consoles and connecting online or locally. For a true team-up experience, head to Salmon Run or Turf War with a friend!

Sadly, booyah! No offline two-player on one console, but you can still enjoy the ink-slinging fun online!

Just to be clear, Splatoon 2 doesn't support split-screen, so you'll need multiple Switches for local co-op.

...you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

This includes gift cards from all your favorite brands, like Amazon, Starbucks, Apple, Roblox, and many, many more!

In case you're wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying ads) and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
