To do a Mercy in Mortal Kombat, stand at mid-range (about a jump's distance away) from your opponent in the final round. Hold the 'L2' button (or the button for stance switch) and quickly press down three times, then release 'L2'. Your opponent gets a small amount of health back. It's a great way to show you’re not just a button masher!
