It's really simple. Reset your save, then murder every monster. Keep going until the game tells you 'But nobody came...'. Voila, genocidal maniac mode activated!

I just did a Genocide run! Wipe your save file, and then ruthlessly eliminate every single monster you come across. It's brutal but worth the experience... no pun intended.
To start a new genocide run in Undertale, reset the game if you have a previous save. Then, proceed to kill every encounter in each area until no more enemies appear, and the battle text says, 'But nobody came...'. Keep your determination high and don't show mercy!
Why would you wanna do that again? Just stick to the Pacifist run and hug all the monsters.
