To do a paternity test in BitLife, make sure your character has a baby and then check the relationship tab for the test option. Just tap it and follow the prompts!

Had this happen to my character before! Go to the relationships tab and find the child in question, then select the paternity test option. Easy peasy!

You won't find the paternity test in the early stages. Check the relationships tab after the kiddo is born for the option.
