To throw a Hadouken (shuriken?) on an analog stick, you do a 'quarter circle forward' motion. Start from the down position, roll the stick to the forward position, and press punch. Unleash that fireball!
Start the motion from down, then roll to down-forward, and finally go to forward. Press any punch button and voila, you've got your Hadouken!
It's all muscle memory. Down, down-forward, forward, punch. Practice a few times and you'll nail it!
