How to Do a True Reset in Undertale on Windows 10

To do a true reset in Undertale on Windows 10, go to the game’s save files by navigating to C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\UNDERTALE. Delete the 'system_information_X' files and then restart the game. Poof! Fresh start.
I followed the advice to delete 'system_information_X' files in the AppData folder and it worked perfectly for me. It’s like the game never happened!
