Captura mode is unlocked after you get a scene from a Syndicate or the Market. Once you've got that, access it through the Arsenal under appearance settings.
Simple: Buy or earn a Captura scene, head to your Arsenal, and select Captura from the appearance tab. You're ready to take those epic screenshots!
You can do Captura by buying a scene from the Market or earning one from Syndicates and then accessing it via the Arsenal. Easy peasy!
