If you wanna poke Majima's eye, be in Thug style and use the Heat action when in Heat mode and close to his face. Simple!
I've done this a ton! Make sure Kiryu is in Thug style, then fill up your Heat gauge. When you're in front of Majima, trigger the Heat action, and boom - eye poke!
