It's all about practice! Each character has different Fatalities that you can find in the move list. Pull them off by standing at the right distance and pressing the right buttons.
Fatalities can be tricky, just remember to use the move list and practice the timing. It gets easier once you nail a few down!
Honestly, just go to the pause menu to check the Fatalities list during a match. Memorize one or two of your favorite character's combos!
