To do the Golem Assassinate mission in Warframe, you need to defeat Lephantis. First, get the Lephantis Assassinate key from the Orokin Derelict. Then, bring a high-damage weapon and aim for the heads in each phase鈥攇ood luck!
From my experience, get a good squad with high burst damage, and make sure everyone knows to aim for Lephantis's heads. It's a fun fight but can be tricky if you're not prepared!
